In order to promote decentralization of ChainX network, and at the same time help the expansion of node distribution outside China, it is necessary to provide a certain degree of support to small and medium-sized nodes and overseas nodes. Encourage them to create and maintain communities around their nodes as to expand the whole ChainX community.
Validator Supporting Program
- About funding scale of this program
Intial with 50,000 PCX, and 1,000 pcx more per month. - Two sub-program, voting support and missing-block penalty reduction.
- For each sub program, the council elects at most 1 class A node and at most 2 class B nodes from applicants per month.
- For voting support, take one month as a session. In each session,
a class A node can get MAX(2M, 15,000) PCX voted by the program, where M is his self-staking amount;
a class B node can get MAX(1.5M, 10,000) PCX voted by the program, where M is his self-staking amount. - For penalty reduction, take one month as a session. In each session,
a class A node can get L=0.75 times of the penalty refund;
a class B node can get L=0.5 times of the penalty refund.
those refund PCX of previous mining session, if have, would be tranferred to their jackpot at the beginning of cur mining session. - the council has the rights to stop program when node does some inappropriate actions.

About applicants selection
- each sub-program has an independent selection process.
- the last week per month would be the selection week.
- each council member can give 3 points to one applicant or not, 2 points to one applicant or not, 1 point to one applicant or not, and a briefly remark to each applicant he selects.
- from those who’s score is greater than 22 points, we make the top 1 as the class A node.
- for those remaining applicants, from those who’s score is greater than 11 points, we make the top 2 as the calss B nodes.
- At the end of process, all selected nodes and their remarks would be released to public.
