1. Ecosystem Updates
• PolkaX core development team was invited to PolkaWorld to deliver a keynote speech: How does Polka help the real economy?
• ChainX launched the first campaign of experiencing Substrate technology for EDG users. This campaign has been successfully completed with all participating users experiencing the advantages of Substrate technology, and being rewarded with 2 PCXs which have been distributed to users’ ChainX accounts. ChainX will continue to work with the Edgeware team to further advance the development and implementation of Substrate technology.

• The third parliament has come to an end, and the fourth one is assembled to stand during 2019.11.1–2019.11.30
3. Development Progress
• ChainX Smart Contracts support PCX for developers to design and develop applications based on PCX.
• ChainX dev mode supports the debugging of contracts and optimization for contract development details, etc.
• Some ChainX browser plugin bugs have been fixed.
• The new version of ChainX Wallet operates smoothly to take the basic functions of the Asset page and the display of transaction history onboard.

Upcoming Events
• At 20:00 of November 5th, let’s join Aten, core developer of the ChainX Bitcoin Smart Contract to talk about what Bitcoin’s smart contract can do.
• On November 16th, ChainX will release its smart contract testing network and hold the world’s first press conference on Bitcoin smart contract platform in Hangzhou (click “read more” for registration). This conference will be jointly held by the ChainX community and its nodes, covered by media outlets like Hellobtc, Blocklike, Chainnews, and attended by members from the Bitcoin community, Polka community. In particular we will invite representatives of well-known projects to join and explore how to open the blockchain 3.0 era.
