1 . Community
(1) ChainX CMO Kristen was invited to participate in the Token insight “chief dialogue”, and together with Jingdong cloud blockchain and SealSC to discuss the future of cross chain.
(2) On October 13, chainx community, together with buildlinks, hashquark and Polka world, successfully held a chainx global trip Shanghai station. With the theme of “chainx Development & Polkadot ecological outlook”, it focused on many recently hot topics, such as ChainX ecology, Inter-chain technology, and staking economy.
ChainX will focus on the implementation of BTC’s smart contract platform. It is expected that the smart contract platform will be launched in November, so as to expand PCX’s gas demand scenario and lead the development of BTC DeFi.
(3) On October 9, the minning power of ChainX assets was adjusted , PCX accounted for 2 / 3 of the mining power of the whole chain, and the total mining power of other assets accounted for 1 / 3.
2. Governance
(1) ChainX node from California U.S accepted the exclusive interview with ChainX community. ChainX set up foot on the U.S.
(2) ChainX launched the overseas node incentive plan, in the first phase only five nodes will be selected to participate and build ChainX ecosystem together！
(3) ChainX community launched phase I partner recruitment plan to expand the consensus of ChainX and lay a solid foundation for the future of ChainX .
3. Development Progress
(1)The latest subcontract module was Initially migrated to ChainX and the basic test will be performed.After the test, the contract module will be formally introduced.

5.Activity Notice
