1. Construction
ChainX Parliamentary Node Spontaneously held the National Day “Message Mining” event, dividing up 200 PCX, more than 700 people read, 41 people response, 302 people liked,and 68 people shared. Everyone talked freely about their expectations for ChainX’s future and actively participated in community activities.

2. Community Governance
ChainX Community’s second parliament ended and the third Parliament was established. Its term of office will be 2019.10.1–2019.10.31.

ChainX Nigeria node ambassador was appointed，will spread ChainX’s in the African.
ChainX the Italian white paper is translated by the members of the community to help ChainX spread in Europe.
II. Development Progress
- Decentralized domain name system PNS and cross-chain exchange agreement C-DEX have carried out POC concept verification and the relevant documents has been completed.
- ChainX Smart Contract Platform is making progress steadily according the schedule
