ChainX is deploying XBTC mortgage contracts to realize bitcoin omnichain lending
ChainX is deploying the XBTC mortgage contract and the Client contract that calls the stablecoin pools on the target chains to realize one of OmniBTC’s core businesses, bitcoin omnichain lending. The process is expected to be completed in October, and at that time Bitcoin holders can borrow multiple stablecoins on any chain with one click by locking their Bitcoin. Liquidity providers can obtain staking income by providing liquidity of stablecoins on multiple chains.
ChainX plans to support Move public chain ecosystem
ChainX successfully achieved EVM compatibility in April 2022, supporting the EVM ecosystem. That is, any application of the EVM ecosystem can be deployed on ChainX, and XBTC can be circulated in the EVM public chain ecosystem.
At present, with the gradual rise of the Move public chains Aptos/Sui, ChainX plans to support Aptos/sui and other Move ecosystems, aiming to make XBTC widely used in these public chain ecosystems.
